White-label AI agents for agencies
White-label AI voice and chat agents for agencies, built and maintained under your brand
You sell white-label AI receptionists, voice agents and chat agents to your clients. We build, test and maintain them behind the scenes on Vapi, Retell, Twilio, GoHighLevel or n8n. We’re a build partner, not a reseller software platform: each agent runs on accounts you or your client control, and your client sees only your brand.
- Fixed price per client build: AI receptionist from $2,000, sales agent from $3,500
- NDA first, specs and handover docs under your brand, accounts in your name or your client’s
- Replies within 1 business hour, 30 days of tuning on every build

How a build starts
Monday, 10:12 am. A client request hits Slack — by Wednesday morning there’s a demo line to test
An agency PM posts a new client request in a shared Slack channel. The engineer checks the client’s GHL sub-account and replies within the hour. Next come a spec and fixed quote in the agency’s template, plus the build checklist. The demo line greets callers as the client’s business and says it’s a virtual assistant, with no trace of us.
Briefs the way your team already works
Your PMs send briefs in a shared Slack channel, in Teams or by email. The engineer who builds the agent replies, usually within one business hour.
Specs and docs in your template
Call flow, greeting, booking rules and test calls, written so you can forward them to your client as your own document.
One checklist for every build
Accounts in the right name, integrations via API, test calls and a handover doc. Your PM sees what’s done and what’s next.
New client: Ridgeway Plumbing. They want an AI receptionist for after-hours calls that books into their GHL calendar. Callers should hear “Ridgeway Plumbing,” not our name or yours. Can the client test a demo this week?
ghl.calendars.list(sub_account="Ridgeway Plumbing") → "Service visits" · 2 techs · 60-min slotsOn it. Their “Service visits” calendar can take bookings via API. Spec and fixed quote in your template tomorrow morning, then a demo line on their data by Wednesday morning.
spec.export("Ridgeway · AI receptionist v1", template="Northlight") → shared folder- Tue 9:40 am · spec, quote and 12-call sign-off test list shared
- Checklist: number · voice agent · GHL booking · text-back · test calls · handover doc
twilio.subaccounts.create("Ridgeway Plumbing") → under Northlight’s accountvapi.assistants.create("Ridgeway · after-hours") → greeting: “Thanks for calling Ridgeway Plumbing, this is the virtual assistant” · AI disclosure on- Wed 9:30 am · demo line sent to the agency PM
Demo scenario: the agency, its client and all names are fictional.
What we build for agencies
AI agent development for agencies: what we build for your clients
We reviewed 183 AI agent job posts on Upwork, Freelancer.com, PeoplePerHour and Hacker News, mostly from June–September 2026. In that sample, agencies reselling AI agents to their clients were the second most common buyer type, after home service businesses. Here’s what we build for them.
- 01
AI receptionists for local businesses
After-hours and overflow call answering, booking and missed-call text-back for your home service, dental or med spa clients. For clinics, the agent handles bookings and admin questions only: it gives no medical advice and passes clinical questions to staff. We agree data-handling requirements with you before the build.
- 02
GoHighLevel AI agents per sub-account
Agents that book into GHL calendars, tag contacts and move opportunities through your pipelines — set up per sub-account.
- 03
Speed-to-lead and follow-ups
An agent that calls or texts new leads within minutes of a form fill and follows up on open quotes. Only leads who opted in, within set calling hours, with an easy way to opt out.
- 04
Lead qualification in chat
Website, WhatsApp, Instagram DM and SMS agents that ask your client’s qualifying questions, book calls and log every lead in the CRM.
- 05
n8n workflows behind the agent
CRM sync, call summaries, client reports and alerts between tools, on your n8n account or self-hosted. From $800 per workflow.
- 06
Rescuing inherited builds
A client arrives with a Vapi, Retell or GHL setup someone else built. We audit it in 48–72 hours and give you a branded fix plan. From $400.
- 07
A playbook for your niche
We document each build, so the next client in the same niche starts from a tested call flow instead of a blank page. It’s still adapted and re-tested for each client.
How white-label works
Your brand and your client. Our engineering in the background.
Bringing in a build partner shouldn’t cost you the client, your accounts or your margin. Here’s what stays yours and what we take care of.
You own the client relationship
We don’t contact, pitch or sell to your clients. If you want us on a client call, we join as part of your team.
Your brand on everything
The greeting, SMS sender name, chat widget, specs and reports carry your agency’s or your client’s name. Nothing client-facing mentions Myrado.
Accounts in the name you choose
Your Twilio, Vapi or Retell, AI model and GHL accounts are set up in your agency’s name or your client’s. Vendors bill usage directly, with no markup from us.
NDA before the first brief
We sign your NDA before you share client files, ask only for the access each build needs and never name your clients in our marketing.
Docs your team can use
Every build ships with a handover doc: call flow, prompts, integrations, how to pause the agent and how to change common answers.
Fast replies during business hours
We reply within one business hour on Kyiv time, which covers the UK and EU workday and US East Coast mornings. Care plans add monitoring and alerts per client.

Your options
Hire in-house, use a freelance marketplace or work with a white-label partner
All three can work. When we reviewed 27 Fiverr gigs and Upwork Project Catalog listings for AI agents, voice agents and AI automation (public pages, September 2026), none listed acceptance criteria, and only one seller said how many days of support were included. Here’s how the options compare when you resell voice and chat agents.
| — | In-house developer | Freelance marketplace | Myrado white-label |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost before your first sale | Salary, benefits and hiring time | Nothing until you post a job | No retainer — each client build is quoted and paid in milestones |
| Price per client | Covered by salary, whatever the volume | Hourly or fixed bids that vary a lot | Fixed quote per build: AI receptionist from $2,000, sales agent from $3,500 |
| White-label terms | Yours by default | Check each freelancer’s terms | Your brand by default, NDA before the first brief, no contact with your clients |
| Client calls | Your developer joins when needed | Whatever you agree with each freelancer | Only when you invite us, as part of your team |
| Acceptance criteria | Your own QA process | Not listed in any gig we reviewed | Test calls agreed in writing before the build |
| Docs for your support team | Whatever your developer writes down | Agree on them before you hire | A handover doc per client that your team can forward |
| Several clients at once | Limited by your team’s workload | Hire and vet another freelancer when one is busy | A start date in each quote, before you promise one to your client |
| After launch | Your developer, as long as they stay | Only 1 seller in our sample listed support days | 30 days of tuning, then optional care from $250/mo per client |
| Best for | Steady volume and a tech lead to manage the hire | One-off setups where the lowest price matters most | Agencies that sell voice and chat agents and need a build partner |
How we work
From your client’s brief to a signed-off agent under your brand
Day 0
Client brief and NDA
Forward what the client asked for: a Slack message, call notes or a sales call recording. We sign your NDA first if you need one. Within 24 hours you get a spec and a fixed quote for that client.
Days 1–3
A demo on the client’s data
We build a working demo on the client’s data, in the client’s name, before the main invoice. You and your client can call it and ask for changes.
Weeks 1–3
Build, test calls, sign-off
AI receptionists usually take 1–2 weeks, sales agents with CRM 2–3 weeks. We run the agreed test calls with you before the agent goes live.
After launch
Handover or care
Your team gets a handover doc, and 30 days of tuning are included. Then keep us on a care plan for that client, or run it yourself.

Who’s behind your builds
An AI automation partner for agencies: one senior engineer on every build
Myrado Studio is a small AI agent development team based in Ukraine. Every white-label build is scoped, built and supported by the same senior engineer, so your PMs always know who is working on their client.
We stay in the background. We work in your Slack, Teams or email, follow your naming and brand rules, and join client calls only when you invite us.

FAQ
Questions agencies ask about white-label AI agents
What is a white-label AI voice agent?
It’s an AI voice agent or receptionist that a build partner like us creates and maintains, and that you sell to your clients as your own service. Callers hear your client’s business name, your client sees your agency’s brand on specs and reports, and our name doesn’t appear anywhere. The agent still tells callers it’s a virtual assistant — that’s about AI disclosure, not about who built it. You own the client relationship and set your own price.
Is this a white-label platform or a done-for-you service?
A done-for-you service. We don’t sell our own rebrandable software or resell minutes. We build each client’s agent on Vapi, Retell, Twilio, GHL or n8n accounts in your agency’s name or your client’s — you decide per client. Some agencies keep accounts under the agency and bill usage in their package; others use the client’s name, so the client keeps everything if they leave. Calls and logs live in those tools’ own dashboards, and our specs and reports carry your brand.
How much does a white-label AI receptionist cost for an agency?
You pay a fixed price per client build. An AI receptionist starts at $2,000, and a sales and lead qualification agent with CRM at $3,500. Care starts at $250/mo per client for Starter builds and $450/mo for Growth builds. Minutes, voice and model usage are billed at cost on your or your client’s accounts. What you charge your client is up to you.
Is the second client in the same niche cheaper?
Not by a set discount. Every build is quoted on its own, from $2,000 for an AI receptionist. A second plumbing or dental client starts from a tested call flow, which can shorten delivery and lower risk, but it’s still adapted and re-tested for that client. If you need the cheapest possible setup per client, a template gig will cost less.
Can you work as our GoHighLevel AI agent developer?
Yes. We work in your GHL agency account or a client’s sub-account with the access you give us. Voice agents on Vapi or Retell connect to GHL calendars, contacts and pipelines via API and webhooks, and we add n8n when the logic gets too complex for GHL workflows. Where GHL’s built-in AI features cover the job, we can set those up instead. We’re an independent developer, not affiliated with HighLevel.
What if we close several clients at once?
Tell us as soon as you know. Each quote comes with a start date we can commit to, and if we can’t start in time, we tell you before you promise your client a date. There’s no volume commitment: each client build is quoted and paid on its own, and care plans are optional per client. Any agent can move to your own team with its handover doc.
What happens if a client’s agent breaks after launch?
You message us in the shared channel, and we reply within one business hour on Kyiv time (UTC+2, UTC+3 in summer). The first 30 days of tuning after launch are included. After that, a care plan adds monitoring and alerts, so we usually spot failed calls or workflow errors in the logs before your client does. What each care plan covers is agreed in writing.
