Myrado Studio is Yaroslav Voloshyn, a sole proprietor (ФОП) registered in Ukraine, tax ID 3359306534. He is the controller of the data described below. Contact: hello@myradostudio.com.

What we collect

When you send a request we receive your description of the task, the contact you provide (email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram), any files or voice notes you attach, and technical data: page, language, ad source (UTM parameters, Google click ID), referring page, browser type, approximate country and city.

If you message our Telegram bot, we receive your messages, your Telegram name and username, and the ad source that brought you from the website to the bot.

Why

• to understand which marketing channels bring clients and to improve the website.

Telegram bot

The bot is an AI assistant. To write its replies, the conversation text is sent to Anthropic (Claude model), which processes it on our behalf and does not use it to train models. The conversation history is kept for up to 30 days; a brief you agreed to send is kept with our requests. The /reset command clears the conversation. When you agree to send a brief, the bot reports the request (request number, language) to Google Analytics, linked to your website visit unless you refused analytics; the data for that link is kept for up to 90 days.

Cookies and analytics

We use these services to understand how visitors use the site and which ads work:

• Google Analytics 4: visits, traffic sources and on-site events (contact clicks, starting the form, sending a request). Cookies _ga, _ga_*, up to 2 years. Google Analytics keeps the data for 14 months.
• Google Ads: measuring requests that came from ads, and showing ads to people who visited the site. Cookies and browser storage _gcl_*, up to 90 days; Google may also set cookies on its own domains (google.com, doubleclick.net). When you send a request, the contact from the form is shared with Google in hashed form to match the request to the ad click (enhanced conversions).
• Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and session recordings (scrolling, clicks). Form field contents are masked and never recorded. Cookies _clck, _clsk, CLID, MUID, up to 1 year; recordings are kept for up to 30 days.

For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland these services are not loaded until you agree in the banner. For other visitors they run by default; if you refuse, their cookies are deleted and the services are no longer loaded. Without consent, Google may receive anonymous signals without cookies (Google Consent Mode).

The site also keeps in your browser (localStorage) the ad source of your latest visit from an ad or tagged link, for up to 90 days, so a request sent later is credited to the right campaign (unless you refused advertising; in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland only with your consent), plus your cookie choice and animation preference. The form draft is kept only until you close the tab.

Where it is stored

Requests and files are stored in Cloudflare’s secure storage and delivered to the studio’s work Telegram and email. Data is processed only by the services needed to run the website: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Telegram (notifications), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (bot replies and the demo), ElevenLabs (demo voice, see AI receptionist demo), Google and Microsoft (analytics and advertising, as described above). We never sell your data or share it with other third parties.

Retention

Requests that don’t turn into projects are kept for up to 12 months; contract data as long as the law requires.

AI receptionist demo

Controller: Yaroslav Voloshyn, sole proprietor (Myrado Studio), tax ID 3359306534 (hello@myradostudio.com). We read the public pages of the site you enter (or the files you upload) to build a demo (legitimate interest; you confirm you represent the business or may show its data). Chat messages are processed by Anthropic (USA), voice conversations by ElevenLabs (USA, recorded with your consent), Telegram voice notes and screenshots by Cloudflare. Transfers to the USA rely on your consent and the providers’ data processing agreements with standard contractual clauses. All demo data is deleted after 7 days or immediately with the “Delete demo” button (backups: up to 30 days at Cloudflare; Anthropic retains API data under its current terms). ElevenLabs may keep it for up to 7 days if immediate deletion fails; Telegram messages older than 48 hours cannot be deleted by the bot — please delete them yourself. Your IP address and country are used for limits and abuse protection and kept for up to 7 days; a site owner’s removal request contact is kept for 30 days. You may access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, object and complain to a supervisory authority: hello@myradostudio.com. Site owners can request removal of all demos of their site.

Demo crawler MyradoDemoBot

When a visitor creates a demo from a website address, our crawler MyradoDemoBot/1.0 reads up to 15 public pages of that site plus robots.txt and sitemap.xml. It honours robots.txt (token myradodemobot or *) and AI opt-out signals (Content-Signal: ai-input=no, noai in the robots meta tag and the X-Robots-Tag header). To opt out, add User-agent: myradodemobot / Disallow: / to robots.txt or email hello@myradostudio.com.
